Sales Manager

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for selling our Smart Electrical Heaters in Estonia and Scandinavian countries. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling smart home devices, a deep understanding of the markets in these regions, and the ability to manage social media marketing subcontractors and web marketing freelancers.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives for the Estonia and Scandinavian markets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within the target markets.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and be able to present and discuss the suite of products, features, benefits, and overall product value.
  • Oversee all SMM subcontractors and web marketing freelancers, ensuring deliverables align with the company’s brand and sales strategy.
  • Generate and submit detailed business plans, progress reports, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Coordinate with the customer support team to handle client issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities in the assigned region.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the smart home technology/electronics industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and directing a sales team.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Estonian and Scandinavian markets and culture.
  • Proficiency in English and Estonian is required. Additional proficiency in one or more Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish) is a plus.
  • Experience with SMM and overseeing freelance marketers.
  • Solid understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales management software.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and/or relevant software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience selling smart heaters or similar smart home devices.
  • Proficiency in multiple Scandinavian languages.
  • Experience with smart home integrations.
